Applies To: OBJECT STORAGE

Accessing your files on our Object Storage (Memstore) is incredibly easy. We provide support for FTP, SFTP and the OpenStack Object Storage (Swift) API by default as well as our own Web Based Storage Browser from within your Memset Control Panel. This therefore lends itself to become a highly accessible system which can be plugged into virtually any third party client.

This section (and subsections) will show you how you can access your Object Storage (Memstore) files using some of the most common clients. This section is divided by protocol and please note that other applications may be compatible too, this is not a definitive list.

  • Microsoft Windows Explorer (Windows)
  • FileZilla (Windows, MacOS and Linux)
  • Nautilus file manager (Linux)

SFTP

  • WinSCP disabling "Preserve timestamp" (Windows)
  • FileZilla (Windows, MacOS and Linux)
  • Cyberduck (Windows and MacOS)
  • Transmit (MacOS)
