Dell Remote Access Card (DRAC)

A Dell Remote Access Card (DRAC) provides an alternative means to access and manage your server via a second, and physically separate network connection. This is also sometimes known as a DRAC, iDRAC (Integrated Dell Remote Access Card), Dell Card, or a KVM Device, for the purposes of this guide we will refer to it as a DRAC. What follows is an overview of the DRAC features.

iDRAC v6 (and Lower)

Older Dedicated Servers with an iDRAC v6 or Lower, are no longer Supported, and we strongly recommend that you restrict access to the DRAC via the Firewalling in your Memset Control and Panel and consider upgrading to a newer Dedicated Server with a support iDRAC included.
