If you or your visitors are being presented with the following page when attempting to access your website, there may be an issue with your DNS or SSL configuration, or changes may not yet have propagated across the Internet.
There are a few possible causes for this:
Domain Setup and Propagation Delay: Once you have configured the domain in the Website Firewall Platform, it can take up to 20 minutes for these changes to propagate internally. Changes to external DNS A/AAAA records can also take up to 48hours to propagate across the Internet.
SSL Configuration Delay: If an SSL certificate configured and assigned, HTTPS communication will not be possible. If you selected ‘Lets Encrypt’ during purchase or configuration, this can take up to 48 hours to complete.
Incorrect DNS A/AAAA Records: You may have incorrectly configured third party DNS records. Please confirm configuration against the ‘Internal Domain IP’ shown on the Website Firewall Platform overview page.
HTTPS over Domain Aliases: If the domain is a domain alias, users are unable to access it via HTTPS
