How do I access consolidated billing?
In order to enable consolidated billing, you will need to contact your account manager or the Customer Care team by emailing email@example.com or calling +44 (0)1483 608 010.
How long does it take to set up consolidated billing?
This can be set up within 24 hours.
Can I choose to have more than one invoice, grouping different services together?
With consolidated billing, it's only possible to have one invoice per month. On this invoice, each individual service will be listed separately, and will be grouped by product type (Cloud VPS, Dedicated Server, Cloud Storage, Security etc.)
Does consolidated billing work for all Memset services?
Yes, all services can be included on a consolidated invoice.
What payment methods are available for consolidated billing?
All available payment methods can be used:
- Direct Debit
- Credit / Debit Card
- Bank Transfer
